Ready for the best Home Tour in the Phoenix area? The Litchfield Park Home Tour is back for 2024! The P.W. Litchfield Heritage Center is bringing you its fifth annual Home Tour. This year’s self-guided tour is the best yet, showcasing architecturally unique homes with beautiful gardens, all within Litchfield Greens in Litchfield Park. Homes will be open from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

How do I buy tickets?
Tickets may be purchased on the day of the event at the north parking lot of Litchfield Elementary School at 255 W. Wigwam Blvd.
How much is admission?
$35 per person for ages 12 and up
Where do I check-in for admission on the day of the event?
Check-in and day of event sales will be in the north parking lot of Litchfield Elementary School at 255 W. Wigwam Blvd. All tour-goers will receive a wristband to be admitted into the homes. Tour booklets for the self-guided tour with a map and location of homes will also be provided.
Where are the houses and how do I get there?
After picking up wristbands and tour booklets at 255 W. Wigwam Blvd, tour goers will be directed to the gated Litchfield Greens neighborhood. All vehicle passengers will enter at the guard gate, and all must have a wristband for admittance.
Welcome to the 2024 Litchfield Park Home Tour, to be held on Saturday, April 6th. The event will support the operational budget of the P.W. Litchfield Heritage Center. On this 5th year event, we are moving west, to the neighborhood of Litchfield Greens. This guard- gated community located on the west side of Litchfield Road, will feature unique homes in style and size, built in the 1980’s and 1990’s. To add to the fun, a local artist will be featured at each home and their artwork will be displayed in each home’s backyard.
Tickets are $35 for ages 12 and up. Tickets will be available on the day of the tour at the Litchfield Elementary School on Wigwam Blvd. – across the street from the entrance to the Wigwam (just follow the white signs). Online ticket holders will receive their armbands at a Will Call table and those purchasing on the day of the tour will receive their armbands at that time. No tickets will be sold at Litchfield Greens. All cars entering Litchfield Greens for the tour will be required to display an armband for each person in the car.
